Pipeline Velocity Auditor
Stop guessing why deals stall. Paste your raw CRM stage-history CSV and the Pipeline Velocity Auditor crunches the numbers in your browser first — then hands the clean, anonymized data to an AI Revenue Acceleration Engine that returns an audit-grade executive playbook in seconds.

What this workflow does
Instead of exporting CRM data into a spreadsheet and eyeballing it, the Pipeline Velocity Auditor turns raw stage history into a board-ready diagnosis.
• Processes Data in Your Browser: Parses your CSV, normalizes messy stage names ("Proposal Sent" / "Pricing Review" → "Commercial Proposal"), and computes median time-in-stage — no raw CRM rows ever leave your machine.
• Splits Reps Into Quartiles: Compares the fastest reps against the slowest to tell a Process Failure (everyone is stuck) apart from an Enablement Failure (only the bottom quartile struggles).
• Quantifies Revenue at Risk: Computes Revenue at Risk as Daily Pipeline Value × Bottleneck Days, then ranks every stage with a deterministic Revenue Leakage Matrix (Duration × Exposure × Conversion Loss).
• Rescues Watermelon Deals: Flags open opportunities sitting at more than 150% of the median stage duration so you can intervene before they die.
• Routes the Playbook by ACV: Generates an ACV-aware deployment plan — high-velocity PLG fixes under $15k, Deal Desk and Mutual Action Plans at $15k+ — with Trigger / Condition / Action config blueprints for RevOps engineers.
How to run it
1. Open the workflow console.
2. Paste your CRM Stage History as CSV (Opportunity ID, Stage Name, Duration (Days), Rep Name, Created Date, Close Date, IsWon).
3. Pick your Market Segment and enter ACV, Total Open Pipeline Value and your current Win Rate.
4. Click Run Velocity Audit. The deterministic math runs locally, then the AI returns an executive playbook — Executive Summary, Hygiene & Blindspot Audit, Momentum & Rep Variance, Revenue Leakage Matrix, Scenario Modeling and an ACV-routed deployment plan.
Frequently asked questions
Does my raw CRM data get sent to the AI?
No. The CSV is parsed and aggregated entirely in your browser. Only the anonymized result — medians, rep quartiles, cohorts and outlier IDs — is sent to the AI, never your raw rows.
What if my CSV is missing rep names or dates?
The auditor still runs. It emits a Data Gap Warning and simply skips the analyses it can't support — Rep Variance needs rep names, Momentum needs created/close dates — instead of inventing numbers.
Are the bottleneck numbers the AI's opinion?
No. Median time-in-stage, quartile splits and Watermelon detection are computed deterministically in your browser. The AI reasons over those fixed numbers to prioritize and prescribe fixes — it never recalculates the math.
