No. The AI only extracts verifiable, MEDDPICC-aligned evidence verbatim from your transcripts. The Deal Health and Slippage scores are computed deterministically from that evidence, so the same input always yields the same score.

Do I need to summarize the calls first?

No — paste the raw transcripts. Label each interaction by date so the engine can track how buyer pain and urgency change over time. Summarizing would strip the signals it needs.

Will it invent evidence that isn't there?

No. If a MEDDPICC element isn't present in the transcript, it's reported as a gap in the Gap-to-Action checklist rather than assumed.
